Hours of Work: 15 hours per week, 9am-12pm daily
Term Time only, 37 weeks per year
Kings Priory School are looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to support the Administration Manager who is responsible for all aspects of administration management in the school.
The ideal candidate should be hardworking and versatile, with excellent communication and people skills, and they should be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Good planning and organising skills are key for this role and you should be used to working under pressure to meet deadlines allowing flexibility and resilience. A good knowledge of IT systems is required, including databases.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is working towards more senior administrative roles in the future, and wants to develop the full set of skills required for those roles in a supportive school.
