Salary: Grade D Points 6-9 depending on experience - £19,698-£20,903 – FTE – (hourly rate £10.21-£10.83).
Location: Kings Priory School, Tynemouth
Hours of Work: Part Time (20 , 25 or 32 hours)
We wish to appoint an outstanding Learning Support Assistant to join our Additional Needs Department. The successful candidate will be a highly committed, creative and energetic practitioner who is able to make a full contribution to further raising standards of achievement and to the wider life of the school. Please state curriculum strengths and interests in your application. Experience of working with pupils with a wide range of needs, would be preferable. The post will involve working with pupils on a one-to-one support basis, some small group work and supporting our students in a classroom environment.
The post could either be permanent or fixed term with weekly hours of either 20, 25 or 32m depending on the candidate and pupils needs.
