An exciting opportunity has arisen for an outstanding part time SENCO teacher to join Laleham C of E Primary School, where “behaviour is exemplary and pupils behave delightfully towards each other and staff.” (Ofsted 2023). This is a fantastic opportunity to work along side our existing Part time SENCO as part of an extremely motivated, forward thinking team with a strong vision for the school and its pupils. A job share SENCO arrangement involves sharing the responsibilities of a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO). This allows for flexibility, better work-life balance for the individuals involved, while still ensuring comprehensive support for students with special educational needs.
