We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and industry-focused teacher to join our Creative Department.
We are looking for a passionate and innovative educator with current industry knowledge and teaching experience to deliver our Level 3 and 4 Creative Media courses including UAL, HNC, T Level.
The successful candidate will inspire learners to develop advanced creative, technical, and digital skills in both graphic design and photography, preparing them for higher education and careers within the creative industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across all courses.
- Support learners to achieve their academic and creative potential.
- Develop creative projects that reflect current industry practices and trends.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
- Foster creativity, innovation, and professional practice within the classroom.
Essential Requirements:
- A relevant qualification in Creative Media or related subjects.
- A recognised teaching qualification.
- Industry experience in creative and digital fields.
- Strong communication and learner engagement skills.
- A commitment to excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom.
- Experience in digital photography, image editing, branding, visual communication, and portfolio development.
- Knowledge of current trends and developments within the creative and digital media industries.
