We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Additional Learning Support (ALS) Coordinator to oversee and drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of Additional Learning Support initiatives within South Bank College. This role involves coordinating a team of Learning Support Practitioners (LSPs) and actively maintaining key working relationships with managers and curriculum staff to ensure the effective deployment of the LSP team.
The ALS Coordinator will lead and develop the LSP team professionally, focusing on their support practices, learning visits, timetabling, and coordination of support. This position may require working at more than one College Centre on a regular basis.

This role is offered on a Permanent and Full time (36 hours a week) basis.
