Lambeth College are seeking to appoint a highly effective and knowledgeable Head of IT Services to implement and develop the LSBU Group’s IT Strategy. In the role, you will lead the IT Services team at Lambeth College to deliver a customer focussed, responsive and helpful corporate service. This role will be responsible for the compliance of IT related policy, delivery of IT Services at South Bank Colleges and be the subject matter expert in all IT Services at Lambeth College, including security, systems and client/server infrastructure.   To be successful in this role, you will hold a degree in an IT based subject or extensive experience in a similar post. It is essential that you hold a ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate. We are looking for a strong people manager with considerable experience managing an IT Service that is fit for purpose within a large and complex organisation. You will be able to communicate effectively and apply continuous improvement to the IT Service with an enhanced focus on customer service.   Based in the heart of London Borough of Lambeth, the College has two, centrally based campuses on Clapham Common and Brixton Hill.
