We are seeking to appoint a committed and inspiring Head of Science to join our supportive, enthusiastic and collaborative team.
The Head of Science will have overall responsibility for delivering the quality of education on all study programmes in the curriculum area of Science. As a leader for learning, the Head of Science will line manage a team of teachers and support staff, ensuring that a robust commitment to continuous professional development brings forward high quality teaching, leading to outstanding student outcomes.
This role will require high levels of personal and professional commitment and the ability to work successfully as part of a team will be essential. The successful candidate will be an excellent leader, highly adaptable and flexible, and will need a strong work ethic.
