We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing & Outreach Executive to lead on the development and delivery of engaging, high-quality content and campaigns across digital and print platforms, as well as school liaison with feeder schools for South Bank University Academy (SBUA) Sixth Form.

This is a hands-on and highly operational role, working in line with the marketing and outreach strategy to increase visibility, enhance student recruitment and create impactful campaigns. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and storyteller with a flair for writing and design, able to engage and connect with diverse audiences including prospective students, parents, feeder schools and internal teams.

Working collaboratively with stakeholders for the Academy, this role will be responsible for outreach, marketing, events, social media and content creation that supports the student journey from prospect to enrolment.

 

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate must have the following.

  • A relevant degree or Level 5 qualification in English, Marketing or Communications, with at least one year’s experience in a marketing or communications role.
  • Plan and deliver the outreach/school liaison activity for SBUA Sixth Form.
  • Strong copywriting, design and content creation skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and using associated analytics tools to drive engagement.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage events, campaigns and relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms, website and email marketing tools, and a good understanding of safeguarding, GDPR and EDI principles.

 

This role is based at our South Bank University Academy (SBUA) Sixth Form campus.
