South Bank Colleges is looking for a Progress Coach that wants to make a difference to the support, engagement and holistic development of our students. We are looking for passionate individuals who value equality, diversity and inclusion supporting students to achieve, engage in their training and the wider college experience.

You will provide pastoral tutorials for our students to achieve success based on their aspirations, needs and abilities supporting them to engage in their training and studies at a range of levels. You will be part of a high performing team that will enable you to professionally develop, take on responsibility and make a real difference to our students.

Permanent, Full-time - 36 hours per week (term-time only - 42 weeks)

Skills & Experience

Candidate will hold a PGCE or recognised teaching qualification (or be willing to complete), and have a Level 2 qualification in English, Mathematics and ICT.
