The student recruitment department wishes to appoint a term-time only Receptionist to provide a professional and welcoming front of house service to college visitors, contractors, prospective students and current students, helping visitors with Information, Advice and Guidance and signposting customers as required.
Skills and Experience
- The ideal candidate must have the following.
- Experience of dealing and working directly with customers
- Experience in working in an office environment using various digital administrative systems.
- Experience in operating a switch board system, responding to telephone and email enquiries.
- Dealing with students face-to-face is a key part of this position so a desire to support young leaners and adults in their education journey is vital.
This role is offered on a Permanent contract – 36 hours a week, Term Time Only.
