Lavington School is looking to appoint an energetic and enthusiastic Head of Humanities, to lead RE, Geography and History, with the preferred specialism being able to teach RE to an A-Level standard. This is a great opportunity to provide leadership and direction to the faculty members within their areas and ensuring high standards of behaviours and learning across the faculty.

Main Purpose:
Leadership and Management
- Providing leadership and direction to the faculty members within their area
- Line managing and mentoring teachers, providing support and guidance
- Fostering a positive and collaborative working environment
- Conducting performance management and appraisals for faculty staff
- Be a proactive member of the faculty leader’s tam, contributing to whole school improvement
