Are you proactive, organised and a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure? We are looking to appoint an office administrator to join our friendly, welcoming and busy team in providing the quality administrative service to our children, their parents, our school staff and visitors.
We are seeking someone who:
- Is confident and friendly with a sense of humour , with experience of working with a range of stakeholders including children, parents, contractors and external agencies;
- Is a good organiser and can prioritise their time and workload;
- Is IT literate, particularly with the use of Microsoft Word and email;
- Is familiar with school database packages – specifically SIMS , Scopay or has the willingness and ability to learn new systems.
- is a good team player, with a proactive attitude and a good sense of humour.
