Salary: LPT Grade 9 , £44,371 - £48,159 per annum
Actual Salary: £35,379 - £38,400 per annum (pro-rata) based on 30 hours per week, term time only (43 weeks per year) .
Hours: 25-30 hours per week

Learning Partners Academy Trust is seeking a Financial Reporting and Treasury Manager to strengthen trust wide financial reporting, treasury management and financial analysis during a period of continued growth.
This new role offers the opportunity to play a key part in developing consistent, high quality financial reporting and robust cash management across the Trust.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will:
• Lead the consolidation of trust wide financial data, including monthly management accounts and reporting from schools and central teams.
• Produce clear, accurate consolidated reports, analysis and commentary for senior leaders.
• Manage day to day treasury activity, including bank balances, cash flow forecasting and fund transfers.
• Oversee trust banking arrangements, ensuring compliance with treasury policies and controls.
• Provide financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting and in year monitoring.
• Support statutory returns and audit work relating to treasury, cash management and consolidated reporting.
• Work collaboratively with school finance teams to improve consistency, data quality and reporting processes.
You will have:
You will be a finance professional with strong technical skills in reporting and cash management, ideally within an organisation operating across multiple sites. You’ll bring:
• AAT, ACT, AMCT, part qualified accountant status, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience of financial reporting, consolidation and treasury activity.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent Excel skills.
• The ability to communicate clearly with finance and non finance stakeholders.
• A commitment to strong financial management that supports excellent educational outcomes.
