Glebelands is seeking to appoint an outstanding, innovative and inspirational teacher with the passion and enthusiasm to fulfil a key role in the school as a Teacher of Science. You will be joining a department with a high-quality curriculum and track record of strong results. As a school, we have regularly placed inside the top 20% of schools nationally for GCSE results. We have a well embedded behaviour system which ensures disruption free learning for students. We strongly believe that we must all continue learning from each other and will therefore be appointing a high-quality individual who is not afraid to take risks and who will always look to improve and share practice with colleagues. We have weekly department colloborative planning time built into the school day to help achieve this. You would be joining a high skilled and experienced team. Therefore, this role would be suitable for both ECT’s and experienced teachers. Leadership roles may be available for the right candidate.
