Projects and Procurement Coordinator
(Fixed Term – Maternity Cover)
LPT Grade 6 £31,481 - £33,764 per annum FTE
Applications will be considered for full-time or part-time working. The post holder will be required to work at least 30 hours per week over a minimum of 4 days over 40 weeks per year (term time plus 1 additional non- term time week). You will need to have the flexibility to occasionally adjust your working pattern according to the needs of the trust. Please denote your preference within your application.

Learning Partners is a growing and thriving multi-academy trust, working with 17 schools across Surrey and set to expand to 28 schools. The trust provides a wider range of services to support schools; the operational support services are led by a team consisting of the Heads of our key departments – HR, Finance, Governance, Estates and IT.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project & Procurement Coordinator to join our Central Operations Team on a one-year fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, starting in September 2026.
This role will provide essential administrative and coordination support across a range of Trust projects, including school conversions and transfers, as well as supporting procurement activities. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience in project coordination and procurement within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
The role is based at our central offices in Guildford, with occasional travel across Trust schools.
You will:
• Provide administrative support for trust projects, including school conversions and transfer activities
• Coordination and tracking of project plans, timelines and deliverables and provide ongoing updates to the team
• Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take notes and monitor follow-up actions
• Act as first point of contact for routine project-related and procurement enquiries
• Main accurate project and procurement records and documentation
• Support stakeholder communications by coordinating updates and distributing key information

• Assist in identifying and logging risks, issues and actions
• Support procurement processes including obtaining quotes, liasing with suppliers and maintaining records
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices
JOB REQUIREMENTS
You will have
• Experience in an administrative or coordination role
• Highly organised with strong attention to details
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
