An exciting opportunity has arisen for a calm, enthusiastic and resilient candidate to work in our Reception intervention classroom at Stoughton Infant and Nursery School in Guildford. This role will involve working 1-1 with a child with complex additional needs. Experience of working with SEN children is preferable.

Role:
Hours: 20 hours per week (8.30am - 12.30pm Monday to Friday)
Weeks: Term time plus 7 INSET days
Term: Fixed-term until 31st August 2026
Grade: LPT3
Salary: FTE £25,212; pro-rated £12,155 p.a.
We are looking for somebody who is:
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and committed to getting the best outcomes for our children
• Is very resilient and remains calm under pressure
• Has a positive outlook and a calm demeanour
• Previous experience of working with SEN children in EYFS
• Has the ability to use their own initiative.
• Has a good level of general education (including Maths & English GCSE or equivalent)
