Are you an outstanding Early Years teacher and leader who aspires to take the next steps in your teaching and leadership career? We are looking for an outstanding Early Years teacher, who is an ambitious and highly motivated leader, to join our thriving school and lead our Early Years provision into its next phase of development.
We are passionate about giving children the best start to their school journey and our Early Years team work with each other to make this a reality. With extensive outdoor space and knowledgeable staff, our children have a rich environment to learn.
As an aspiring senior leader, you will have a proven track record of impact within an aspect of leadership such as leading a provision or Phase Leadership. You will work as part of a high performing leadership team who recognise that an investment in staff development results in the best outcomes for children. This will offer you an opportunity to develop your understanding of whole school strategic development which will support you as an aspiring school leader. This position offers opportunities to work with other early years specialists across the Trust which could lead to further leadership opportunities in the future.
