We are looking to recruit a Playworker to join our friendly Breakfast and After School Club team. The ideal applicant would be enthusiastic, reliable, hardworking and most importantly willing to have fun and enjoy working with children.
Our setting is very free flowing, giving the children the flexibility to choose from a range of games and activities. Staff members are required to encourage the children to play safely and collaboratively, to lead craft activities and games with small groups and to prepare breakfast/ cold snacks.
This is a term time only weekday position, and the hours of work are 7.30am-8.30am for breakfast club and 3/3.15pm-5.30/5.45pm for after school club. We would be interested to hear from you if you are available for between one and five shifts a week, and could also provide occasional absence cover.
Burpham Primary School is a two-form entry primary school for children aged four to eleven within the Learning Partners Academy Trust, we also have a Specialist KS1 Communication and Interaction Needs Centre.
