About our school
Loseley Fields is an all through primary school set within extensive grounds, used throughout the year to bring our bespoke curriculum to life. Our innovative Eco-therapy programme encourages children to connect with nature to promote positive well-being. Our Science Lab, which forms part of our Field Study Centre, is a high-tech space where the children can interact with specialist resources so that they develop their STEM skills. Inside our classrooms, learning is engaging, interactive and fun - our children are bright, curious and eager to learn, and they demonstrate respect for their teachers and classmates.
We are immensely proud of the caring nature of our school community, where pupils feel happy and safe. Everyone works together to enable all pupils to feel that they belong, and this is reflected in their behaviour. We are part of the collaborative Learning Partners Academy Trust, built on partnership and thriving on local schools working together.
The successful candidate will:
• act with Compassion, Aspiration and Integrity, in line with our school values
• demonstrate high expectations for the achievement and behaviour of all our children through our bespoke curriculum
• inspire and motivate children through enthusiastic teaching
• be caring and responsive to children’s needs
In return we can offer you:
• a dynamic SLT who will empower you to lead and innovate
• welcoming colleagues who are committed to supporting you
• networking and career opportunities across our 16-strong academy trust
• a positive culture for behaviour and learning
Visits to our school are warmly welcomed and strongly encouraged. Please contact our school office to arrange a visit.
