We are seeking to appoint an experienced full-time classteacher from September 2026 to join our leadership team as a Phase Leader responsible for Reception and Year 1. This role will be classroom based in Year 1 for 4 days per week with 1 day release to undertake Phase Leader duties.

Boxgrove is a large primary school with a 3 form entry, where year groups work as teams, supporting each other with teaching and organisation.
