Actual Salary range: £14,895 - £15,974
Term Time - 38 weeks plus inset days
Part-time 3 days a week 08.30 AM - 03.30PM
The Pastoral Support / Family Liaison Officer supports the wellbeing, attendance and behaviour of pupils at Tillingbourne Junior School. The post holder works closely with pupils, families, staff and external agencies to help remove barriers to learning and ensure that every child is able to engage successfully with school. The role focuses on providing day-to-day pastoral and family support, particularly for pupils experiencing challenges such as anxiety, emotional wellbeing needs, behaviour difficulties or barriers to attendance.
The post holder will work under the direction of the Headteacher and Inclusion Lead/SENDCo and will be a valued member of the school’s pastoral and safeguarding team.
