We’re Hiring: Governance Coordinator | Learning Partners Academy Trust (Guildford-based)

LPT Grade 6 £30,270 - £32,465 FTE

Actual Salary - £20,206.94 - £21,672.23 per annum, pro rata, based on 27 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term time plus 1 additional non-term time week).

Location: Central Team Office, Guildford (with travel across trust schools)

Contract: Part-time, permanent

What We’re Looking For

  • A comprehensive understanding of governance, specifically within education
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive mindset and attention to detail
  • The ability to explain complex regulations simply and clearly
  • A genuine passion for supporting schools and education


Additional Details

Full driving licence desirable (travel to other school sites required)

Enhanced DBS check required (we are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children and young people)
