Salary: LPT Grade 11 - £57,314.00 - £63,128.00 per annum (pro rata for part time)
Contract: Permanent, full or part time hours (minimum of 30+ hours per week, 42+ weeks per year)

The Role
As Head of Finance for a Geographical Hub, you will:
- Lead and develop a high-performing hub finance team, ensuring financial sustainability and best practice across multiple schools.
- Provide strategic financial leadership, supporting headteachers and senior leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities across your hub.
- Work collaboratively with the Trust Head of Finance, fellow hub leaders, and central teams to deliver consistency, efficiency, and value for money across the Trust.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in financial systems, ensuring compliance with statutory frameworks such as UK GAAP, Charity SORP, and the Academy Trust Handbook.

About You
You’ll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with substantial experience in financial leadership, ideally within complex or multi-site environments. You’ll combine strategic insight with hands-on management and bring exceptional communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
You’ll also be:
