Heads of Year Personal Assistant (KS3)
Location - Near West Byfleet, Surrey (excellent transport links)
Contract type – 37.5 hours per week, term-time plus one (40 weeks)
Hours – 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday
Contract term – Permanent to start September 2026
Salary - Payscale LPT5, FTE £28,434 - £30,464 (pro rata £25,440-£27,257)
Do you have an interest in supporting young people? We are seeking a highly organised, efficient and proactive individual to join our support team as a Heads of Year Personal Assistant for Key Stage 3.
This is a key role within the school, providing high-quality administrative and organisational support across Years 7–9. You will work closely with the Heads of Year to ensure the effective day-to-day running of the Key Stage 3 pastoral office, contributing to a positive, supportive environment for students.
