We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR administrator with a keen eye for detail to join our school office team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join us at an exciting time in the school’s development.

Guildford Grove Primary School is a friendly and inclusive school situated at the heart of the local community. A member of the Learning Partners Academy Trust, the school has ambitious plans for the future as we strive to improve educational outcomes for all of our children and instil in them high aspirations for their future.

As HR Assistant you will support the School Business Manager by demonstrating your excellent administration skills in a variety of functions, with no day being quite the same as the one before.

Previous experience within a school setting would be advantageous, although not essential as full training will be provided. You will need to communicate confidently and be passionate about delivering outstanding support to our stakeholders.

In return we can offer you a hard-working, dedicated and supportive team, along with excellent opportunities for continuous professional development across our growing academy trust.

Interested applicants are invited to visit the school to discuss the role in more depth. Please contact Claire Sutton in our school office for more information.

The closing date for applications is 23rd May 2024, with interviews being held during the week commencing 27th May. We reserve the right to interview prior to the closing date so early applications are encouraged.
