Start Date: 1st September 2026

Hours: 21 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term-time only

Are you organised, approachable, and passionate about making a difference every day? We are looking for a dedicated Office Administrator to become a key part of our school.

As part of our busy administration team, you will be at the centre of school life - helping staff, supporting students and creating a warm and professional welcome for families and visitors.

Our school office operates across two dedicated reception areas, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to rotate between Student Reception and Visitor Reception, gaining a broad understanding of school operations and building strong relationships across our community.

At Visitor Reception, you will be the first friendly face guests meet - welcoming parents, visitors, governors and professionals, managing enquiries, coordinating sign-in procedures ensuring compliance with our safeguarding requirements and ensuring all receive a positive and professional experience.

At Student Reception, you will provide essential support to our students, helping with day-to-day needs, responding to welfare matters, supporting attendance processes, and ensuring students feel safe, valued and cared for.

This is a varied and rewarding role where every day brings new opportunities to make an impact. You will support the wider school team through effective administration, communication, record keeping and organisation - helping create an environment where students and staff can thrive.

What we’re looking for:

• A friendly and professional communicator who enjoys working with people

• A highly organised individual who can manage priorities in a busy environment

• Someone who values confidentiality, care, and attention to detail

• Strong IT skills and confidence using systems such as Microsoft Office

• A calm, supportive approach when working with students, parents, and colleagues

Experience in a school environment and familiarity with school management systems would be an advantage, but above all we are looking for someone who is committed, compassionate, and ready to contribute to our community.

Why join us?

You’ll be joining a supportive team where your contribution matters. Every phone call answered, visitor welcomed, record maintained, and student supported helps create a better school day for everyone.
