Premises and Site Manager - Compliances and Projects
We are looking to appoint a Premises and Site Manager to work a total of 32.5 hours per week. Working hours are 9:00am - 4:00pm, 5 days per week, 52 weeks per annum with annual leave of 28 days. Boxgrove is a friendly and supportive team who put the children and community at the heart of everything we do. The role of Premises and Site Manager will be to line manage the schools site staff - currently comprising a 26.5 hours per week part-time caretaker, 10 hours assistant caretaker and a pool technician, to ensure that the teaching facilities, equipment, plant, premised and grounds of the school are maintained at the highest state of operational readiness, cleanliness and appearance. The post holder is responsible for Health & Safety, Estate compliance requirements and management of Estate improvement projects, and to ensure the 'Every Compliance Module' is up-to-date and fully compliant. The post holder will liaise closely with the Headteachers, School Business Manager and the Trust's Estates and Compliance team.
