About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across all abilities
- Establish a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports creativity, technical competence, and sustained engagement in Design and Technology.
- Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to support their development
- Contribute to curriculum planning and extra-curricular activities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the DT department
