Staff, supported by the Spring Partnership Trust, we work hard to deliver a rich and challenging curriculum; to prepare children for future education; and to help them acquire the skills and enthusiasm needed to embrace the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of later life.

Our Early Years provision provides the children with an excellent start which continues through the school with staff providing a happy, supportive and purposeful environment and a curriculum that aims to excite and stimulate children’s imaginations and creative thinking. The curriculum is delivered through a cross-curricular approach which is further enhanced by whole-school themed days and other events to promote enquiry-led learning. Trips and visits, community activities and a range of after school clubs aim to further add to the opportunities available to children.

We aim to ensure children develop self-esteem, self-worth and a sense of pride in themselves and their school. We are committed to a vision where children respect and understand the needs of others, work well together and contribute fully to the life of the school, making it an a central part in our wider enriched community.

Our vision is for Leesons Primary School to inspire, challenge and nurture the individuality of the next generation. We aim to prepare pupils for all stages of their education as well as equip them with high aspirations for their future lifelong learning.

The Spring Partnership Trust has grown rapidly from the founding sponsor relationship between Hayes Primary School and St Mary Cray Primary Academy to a group of five primary schools serving communities in the Hayes and Orpington areas of the London Borough of Bromley. Our Headteachers and senior leaders work closely together to continuously develop standards of teaching and the opportunities available to our pupils. We are proud to say that all our schools are happy communities where pupils and staff alike work hard, get on well together and want the best for each other.

Within our schools, we have many knowledgeable and skilled leaders who are experienced at leading education development. Our schools share a set of core values and principles which underpin our multi academy trust systems.
