Programme Lead. Business and Administration T levels (Pathways Business innovation and Team leadership and management) and Adult evening courses. Full Time. 37 Hours per week. Permanent. Based at Abbey Park Campus.
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic person with experience in Business and Management to programme lead our professional T level programmes, which includes pathways for Business Innovation and Team leadership and management and adult courses. The post will require a high degree of organisational skills and relevant industrial experience in the sector is required.
The successful applicant will teach across a range of full time and part time courses which may include evenings. You will deliver mainly level 3 to level 5 so applicants should therefore hold a relevant Degree or equivalent level 4/5 HNC/D qualification as a minimum requirement. You will also hold a minimum Level 2 in Maths and English (GCSE Grade C or above, GCSE Level 4 or above, or equivalent). Applicants must also hold a recognised teaching qualification at level 5 or above.
As Programme Lead, you will work closely with the Programme Area Manager to ensure high quality provision for students while planning and developing programmes to maximise resource and funding. You will have a track record of delivering high quality teaching and learning, with some experience of leading course provision and coordinating quality processes with the ability to appraise courses using a range of quality and performance indicators.
