We’re seeking a passionate and proactive individual to contribute to the dynamic work of the Student Enrichment Team. This role involves using youth work expertise and informal education approaches to inspire and empower students, enriching their extracurricular journey.
You’ll play a key role in planning and delivering a wide range of enrichment programmes that respond to student needs. These include initiatives around equality, diversity and inclusion, sports, personal development, and mental health awareness. Flexibility and teamwork are key to success in this role.
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a Level 3 qualification.
Have Level 2 (or equivalent) qualifications in Maths and English or the equivalent e.g. GCSE grade C or above, GCSE grade 4 or above
Possess a Level 2 IT qualification or have equivalent practical experience.
Have experience working with young people and building positive, supportive relationships.
Demonstrate knowledge and some experience in supporting mental health and wellbeing in young people.
