Are you passionate about the Engineering industry and keen to inspire the next generation of skilled professionals?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Engineering specialist to join our Apprenticeship and Commercial team as an Apprentice Lead. In this rewarding role, you will support apprentices throughout their journey, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to succeed in their careers while working closely with employers to deliver high-quality training that meets industry needs.

About the Role

You will take the lead in coordinating Engineering apprenticeship programmes, building strong relationships with apprentices, employers and colleagues to ensure learners make excellent progress and achieve their goals. Alongside delivering and assessing learning, you will contribute to curriculum development, quality improvement and the continued success of our apprenticeship provision.

We're looking for someone with substantial industry experience in Engineering, a Level 3 qualification in the subject area, and a genuine commitment to supporting learners. A teaching qualification and assessor and verifier awards is essential for the role.

In return, you'll join a supportive and friendly team, with access to professional development opportunities and the chance to make a real difference to learners, employers and the wider community. Visits to employer premises may be required, so access to a vehicle would be beneficial.
