About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and qualified electrician who enjoys developing others and wants to play a part in shaping the next generation of skilled professionals.
As an Apprentice Skills Coach, you’ll support a caseload of apprentices, helping them build confidence, develop their practical skills and successfully complete their apprenticeship. You’ll work closely with both learners and employers, carrying out regular reviews, setting clear goals and providing the right support at the right time.
This is a great opportunity if you’re already working in training or if you’re ready to step away from industry into a more rewarding, people-focused role. Full training and support will be provided to help you develop as an assessor.
For more details, please take a look at the role description. We'll still consider applications even if you don't meet every single one of the requirements, so don't be put off if you don't match them perfectly.
We may close this advert early if suitable candidates are identified, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
