Apprenticeship Sales Officer. Apprenticeship and commercial. Full Time. Permanent.

Leicester College Apprenticeship and Commercial Operations Department (APCO) is one of the largest apprenticeship providers in the region with an ambitious vision for delivering gold standard apprenticeship programmes across the curriculum that positively shape the future careers of all Leicester College apprentices. We are looking to appoint an ambitious Sales Officer with a passion for Apprenticeships who will generate new business opportunities and respond to incoming leads to meet our curriculum plan and meet ambitious targets. You will be educated to at least Level 4 and have extensive sales experience and a track record for achieving targets.

The successful candidate will possess a range of skills related to undertaking training and development, analysis of new and existing business and be confident in negotiating new business and training costs in-line with the needs of the apprentice and the employer.

You will also have the ability to work as part of a team to undertake sales duties including promotional events and employer visits. You will contribute to maintain the social media sites to promote apprenticeship programmes, employer initiatives and vacancies.

We are looking for a positive, proactive, solutions focused individual to help us drive the provision to support our journey to outstanding and meet ambitious recruitment targets.

You will be Educated to a Level 2 minimum in maths and English (GCSE Grade C or above, GCSE Grade 4 or above or equivalent. Knowledge of ICT (Smart Assessor) and experience of working with students would be beneficial along with excellent communication skills and a 'can do' approach to tasks.
