Campus Warden. Estates and Campus Services. Part Time (25 hours per week). Temporary (6 months). Kick Start Scheme.

This six-month post is part of the Kick Start Scheme and is open to 16-24-year-old unemployed individuals who are in receipt of Universal Credit. The role is designed to provide experience of working in a security role at a large Further Education College.

As a Campus Warden, you will work as part of a friendly team within the Estates and Campus Service department which provides a welcoming, safe and secure environment for our students, staff and visitors. Your role will include patrolling College sites, undertaking routine ID checks and inspections of security/safety equipment/systems and responding to incidents and emergencies.

The successful applicant will ideally hold a Level 2 Security qualification i.e. Level 2 Award in Working as a Door Supervisor or Security Officer, or equivalent along with a First Aid qualification or be willing to obtain this.
