We have an exciting opportunity for a Catering Team Leader. You will fully lead a catering team of ten team members whilst working alongside them, to provide imaginative hot and cold meals/foods to a diverse culture, whilst continually monitoring and upgrading standards.
You will liaise with the Commercial Services Manager regarding the planning and costing of menus to produce a varied menu to meet the diverse needs of our customers. Working with fresh ingredients to provide hot and cold meals/snacks for approximately 700 customers per day via breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks. You will also be required to work overtime if/when during College events.
We require a friendly, reliable and hard working person to fit into our catering team. You will have at least two years’ experience of managing a team in a similar environment.
You must hold the following:
Cookery qualification 706/1/2 or equivalent.
Level 2 Foundation Food Hygiene and educated to
GCSE level 2 or equivalent in maths and English.
