We are seeking to recruit a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our specialist SAIL Curriculum team, working in our Pathway to Work team.
We are passionate about our students and enabling their Preparation for Adulthood. Our mission is that all students have a meaningful adult life, ensuring that young people with learning disabilities develop the skills and confidence for increasingly independent lives and employment. We are looking for someone who shares this motivation and is fully committed to inclusive practice. Our full-time students are aged from 16-25 and follow personalised learning programmes including English and maths, social skills, life skills, work skills and personal development.
Our EHCP and Transition Coordinators will play a key role in facilitating effective transition for young people joining our provision, and in the management and coordination of EHCP processes.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in the management of Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs) and supporting young people through transition across educational settings.
They will have the following:
- Educated to Level 2 Maths and English
- Professional level 4 qualification in an area of disability/learning difficulty.
