We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and inspiring Head of Quality, Teaching, Learning and Assessment to join our ambitious Quality Improvement team. In this pivotal role, you will drive organisational success through effective leadership and innovation, enhancing the student experience at every level.

Reporting to the Director of Quality and Performance, you will support the design, implementation, and monitoring of our quality assurance and improvement strategies, with a focus on driving excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment across the college.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced quality professional to influence college-wide improvements and shape the educational experience of thousands of learners. You will be a dynamic and inspirational leader with a degree in Education, Quality Management, or a related field and have extensive experience in quality improvement and teaching and learning development within education with a proven track record of leading successful quality initiatives. You will also hold a professional qualification in Quality Assurance or have equivalent experience and be educated to level 2 GCSE Grade C, Grade 4-9 in English and Maths.
