An exciting opportunity to work within the Re-engagement English and Maths department as a Key worker. Launch Pad is the foundation learning provision within Leicester College, providing students with a pathway back into Education, Training and Employment. 

We support 16–18-year-olds who have disengaged with education to restart their learning journey, in a safe, supportive and encouraging environment. The role of the key worker is to provide in class targeted support directed by the tutor. In addition to this Key Workers work with the student to improve and support attendance, punctuality and class participation. You will be supporting students from Entry 3 to Level 2 in Functional Skills, and working with a range of social, emotional and mental health needs. 

You will need to have:

Level 2 Maths and English

Level 2 qualification in Learning Support
