We are seeking to appoint a dynamic person with experience in Law, Accountancy, Marketing and Peter Jones Enterprise to programme lead part time and full-time courses. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and relevant industrial experience in the sector. Experience of teaching T-Level, BTEC Level 2 and 3 and knowledge of business, finance, marketing, enterprise and law.  

As Programme Lead, you will work closely with the Programme Area Manager to ensure high quality provision for students while planning and developing programmes to maximise resource and funding.  You will have a track record of delivering high quality teaching and learning, with some experience of leading course provision and coordinating quality processes with the ability to appraise courses using a range of quality and performance indicators. 

You will teach across a range of full time and part time courses which may include evenings.  You will deliver teaching according to your strengths, across a range of levels.  

You will hold the following:

  • A relevant Degree or equivalent level 4/5 HNC/D qualification as a minimum requirement.
  • Full Teacher qualification Level 5 or above e.g.  Diploma in Education and Training, Cert Ed, PGCE or equivalent.
  • A minimum Level 2 in Maths and English (GCSE Grade C or above, GCSE Level 4 or above, or equivalent).
