We’re thrilled to offer two opportunities to join our vibrant Student Enrichment Team as a Student Enrichment Officer (One Maternity Cover until October 2026 and One Permanent post). Please state in your statement which post you are applying for.
In this role, you’ll use your creativity and interpersonal skills to engage students and help shape activities across our three social spaces. You’ll work closely with students and support Student Liaison Officers to deliver enriching experiences that reflect student interests and needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Gathering student feedback to inform and recommend new activities.
Supporting the planning and delivery of enrichment programmes.
Monitoring and maintaining safe, welcoming social spaces.
Keeping accurate records of space usage and student engagement.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, self-driven individuals with:
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A creative approach and strong time management.
The ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a team.
A Level 2 vocational qualification (or equivalent).
Level 2 qualifications (or equivalent) in Maths, English, and IT e.g. GCSE grade C or above, GCSE grade 4 or above.
Recent experience working with young people.
Working days and hours will be:
Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 10.00am – 1.30pm.
Wednesday 10.00am - 3.30pm
Thursday 10.00am - 2.00pm
