We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our Student Enrichment Team.
In this role, you will use your youth work experience and informal education skills to empower students and enrich their extracurricular journey. You will plan and deliver a wide range of enrichment activities, with a focus on recreational fitness programmes across campuses—encouraging participation and promoting wellbeing and healthy, active lifestyles.
We are seeking someone with strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and external partners. Flexibility and teamwork are essential, as you will contribute across all areas of enrichment, including equality, diversity and inclusion, sport, and personal development.

The successful candidate will:
Be educated to Level 3 standard or Level 3 qualification in sport or above or an NGB coaching award or a fitness-based qualification.
Have achieved a Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Maths and English. (GCSE Grade C or above, GCSE Grade 4 or above or equivalent)
Hold a Level 2 qualification in IT or have equivalent experience. (GCSE Grade C or above, GCSE Grade 4 or above or equivalent)
You will also have experience of working with young people and be able to build positive relationships with students.
