About the Role
Due to continued success in delivering high-quality training to unemployed adults, we are seeking an inspirational and enthusiastic Trainer Assessor to join our team. If you are passionate about helping adults transform their futures through learning and employment, we would love to hear from you.
In this role, you will deliver a range of employability qualifications, supporting learners to develop the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to progress into work. We particularly welcome applications from candidates with occupational experience in one or more of the following areas: Health Care, Security, Health and Safety, First Aid, Construction, Frontline Customer Service, Business Administration
Alongside your vocational specialism, you will be expected to deliver employability and personal development programmes.
You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing accredited qualifications, ensuring learners receive a high-quality and engaging experience. This includes:
- Delivering innovative and inclusive training sessions tailored to individual learner needs
- Developing clear and effective session plans
- Establishing and maintaining accurate records of learning and assessment
- Supporting and motivating adults from diverse and often disadvantaged backgrounds
- Ensuring timely completion of assessments and associated paperwork
- Managing your workload effectively and meeting strict deadlines
You will have:
- Recent, relevant experience of delivering accredited qualifications
- A minimum Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant vocational area
- Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English (GCSE Grade C / Grade 4 or above, or equivalent)
- Strong IT skills
- The ability to deliver engaging, learner-centred sessions
- Excellent organisational skills and a flexible approach to work
