You will be a key player in the highly ambitious Faculty and will work with a committed team of professionals to continually develop and improve the faculty.

Fairfield has a positive and innovative learning culture supported by students, staff, parents and Governors.

Art is an extremely popular option subject and results are consistently high. We offer both GCSE Photograph and GCSE Fine Art, it would be preferable but not essential for applicants to have experience in both of these areas.

We are looking for a forward thinker who is an energetic and a dedicated teacher, who will engage, enthuse and challenge students to achieve their very best in Art. You must possess the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students and share our vision of ‘achieving excellence’.

You will have excellent subject knowledge and be well informed on current educational developments and initiatives. The Art team has worked hard to develop opportunities to enrich learning outside the classroom and to ensure our curriculum reflects our whole school community a commitment to these aspects would be welcome.

In return we can offer:

• Access to the Local Government Pension Scheme

• Cycle to work scheme

• Free parking

• Clear on-boarding and professional development pathways

(cv’s will not be accepted).
