Actual Salary – (£17,704 - £18,028)

Ashby School is looking to add to its administrative team. We are a large and busy secondary school and are looking to add capacity to our office teams who provide the support to our teaching staff and leadership team for the benefit of our students. The primary focus of the role will be on supporting the data and exams team in the build up to our summer exam season. However, the role will also work flexibility to support our administrative functions in a range of office environments to support the seasonal work patterns in secondary schools.

We are interested in candidates who like the challenge of doing different roles within an organisation, who work well in a team but who also have the capacity to be a self-starter and a completer-finisher. We welcome experience of working with online data management systems within or beyond education, but we also offer full training for the role for those who can demonstrate the aptitude and attitude to be successful in this role.

Hours of work are 8:15 – 3:45 Monday to Friday with 30 minutes unpaid lunch; there is some flexibility around start and end times to facilitate childcare. This is for 38 weeks term time plus one week to include teacher training days and results days but will require some flexibility around exam seasons. This is a permanent contract.

If you think this could be just what you are looking for, we look forward to welcoming your application.
