As part of our continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, skilled and

organised exams and data manager to join our team. This is a new and crucial role for the college, where

you will have responsibility for the management of all aspects of the college’s examination systems as well

as helping to coordinate, maintain and develop the college’s data and assessment systems.

As exams and data manager you will have proven experience in administering public examinations, including

liaising with, supporting and providing guidance to a wide range of people, to ensure that the college

adheres to all relevant exam body regulations. The successful candidate will also have sound knowledge of

managing data using School Management Information Systems and other school packages, to support and

improve teaching and learning and will be highly skilled at manipulating and analysing data.

Excellent organisational and communication skills, including attention to detail are essential, along with the

ability to multi-task, meet deadlines under pressure and prioritise workload. As part of the role there is also

the expectation that you will work additional hours during peak examination times and results days.

Ibstock Community College is at the heart of the local community, serving families in Ibstock and the

surrounding villages of North-West Leicestershire. Having joined LiFE Multi Academy Trust in July 2021, we

are at an exciting stage in our development as we expand from a Key Stage 3 (11-14) school to welcoming

students from 11-16 from autumn 2022.
