We are setting up a new team to service the governance function for LiFE Multi Academy Trust. You will be part of a team of Clerks who will be responsible for servicing Local Governing bodies, Trust Board Trust Board Committees and Local Governing Bodies and Senior Level groups (or equivalent).
Reporting to the Head of Governance you will work across a number of our schools. The meetings are held mainly in the evening, with some held during the day.
If you have experience of:
- Preparing a focused agenda for the Local Governing Body meetings (or similar)
- Setting an annual calendar for meetings
- Attending meetings and advising on procedures
- Producing a set of well-presented minutes of Local Governing Body and Trustees meetings.
- Follow-up any agreed action points with those responsible and inform the Chair of progress.

We have a flexible approach to the hours of work. These can be term time with some working from home.
