As a Trust we believe that the staff we employ to work across our schools share the core value of ‘Bringing Learning to LiFE’. Every member of staff, employed by the Trust, plays a pivotal part in its future success. The values and ethos of our Trust shines through each school's unique and individual culture.
Our Trust believes in working together to achieve better outcomes for our students, and serving our local communities.
The Trust wishes to expand its Educational Psychologist services by employing a second Educational Psychologist to work with a group of our schools, predominantly within our National Forest hub.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced professional who shares the Trust's vision and values. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting our children, young people and families and help to enhance SEND provision within our schools across the Trust.
We have a growing team of SEND staff both in schools and across the Trust in order to support inclusive education, providing quality first teaching in the classroom, enabling schools to have a flexible in-school offer for children with SEND and to provide high quality specialised support to children who need it using the graduated approach.
It is a particularly exciting time to join the team as we are in the process of designing and building two short stay Trust Inclusion centres for our secondary age children with SEMH needs and an additional Inclusion centre for our primary schools. The successful applicant’s experience, input and involvement in this will be critical in shaping the success of these.
The Trust has seen rapid growth over the last 18 months.
