An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as part of a small, but professional team supporting a large IT/AV network and its users. A good working knowledge of, and experience in supporting Microsoft Windows 10 / 11, Mac OSX, Microsoft Office 2016, Google Suite, Office 365, VMware 7.0 in a network environment is required, as well as the ability to provide support for AV equipment and troubleshoot PC and MAC hardware & software issues, HPE servers/ HPE network and Firewall. The applicant must be qualified to MCDST or equivalent standard. The role will demand strong communication and organisational skills along with good administrative skills and experience of managing a helpdesk. You will need to be highly accomplished at managing your time and priorities, you must be flexible, with a professional and mature approach to the most sensitive of issues.
