Trust Administration and Admissions Manager
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Maternity Cover until 31st December 2024.
Salary: £30,290 - £33,288
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, efficient and enthusiastic Trust Administrations and Admissions Manager to join our MIS team on a temporary basis until 31st December 2024.
This post holder will lead the coordination of the various administration posts throughout the Trust and will lead the admissions team in delivering a smooth application and admissions service for students and staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the central administration and admissions teams, and working with the MIS Manager to develop and maintain smarter and more efficient working practices and process where possible. This will require effective communication skills with students, staff and Senior Management as you will be required to assist in the coordination of college events such as open evenings, parent's evenings and welcome events.
The candidate will also be required to lead the coordination of staffing for main enrolment.
Candidates must have excellent customer service, prioritisation and organisational skills, as well as a high level of IT proficiency and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be required to work 37 hours per week, 52 weeks a year. The job role will be split between both college sites, St Vincent in Gosport and Richard Taunton College in Southampton; as this role is split between both sites, the successful post holder will need to be able to travel to both sites when required.
All successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure.
